This 33 year old female presented in 2005 with a jaw/parotid mass. She had surgery which included a parotidectomy, memimandibulectomy and sacrifice of the facial nerve. The tumor recurred in 2015 and she had another surgery. She now comes to us with a third time recurrence. On examination, she has a large submucosal mass which appears to be in continuity with the chin mass. We attacked the tumor from the outside and found a large fluid filled sac that was also full of tumor. It was encapsulated by a thick sac. We removed the sac and the mass in the mouth disappeared. The wound closed adequately and she did well.
