Re: Treacher-Collins Syndrome

I honestly didn't know if this was a disease that people could live with through adulthood or not. I guess it depends how bad it is. I just remember the little girl, Marlee, whose parents kept her. It was called, "The Girl Without A Face", on TLC or DSC. Her face literally looked like all the features were smashed and she had no bone structure, which probably was the situation, but, she had such a great attitude. I'm sure she is on here somewhere.

Re: Treacher-Collins Syndrome

So sad. But does because they look like that on the outside; it doesn't change who they are on the inside. The next to last guy could be proof (if that's his girl) as she is very pretty.

I thought that guy looked like Paul McCartney. Seriously.

The first guy is called Jono Lancaster, there's loads of stuff on him on the net if you google his name. His girlfriend is beautiful :)

I'd imagine downward slanting eyes would make one look sad or depressed but they look freakin' happy as shit.

Re: Treacher-Collins Syndrome

The guy on the first photo is British and featured in a series called 'The Undateables', a documentary that followed a number of people with 'unusual characteristics' as they attempt to find love through various dating agencies. It's a great watch and all episodes are posted on Youtube.
