11+ years of working foodservice.. any of the industrial food prep/maintenance machines.. Always kept an extra ammount of attention free while using them..Anlikers (one of the scarier ones), Meatgrinders, Potato peeler (not the little knife like thing..I'm talking industrial sized machine..lol), Then there are things like bandsaws for cutting sides/large portions of beef/pork. and the automated fryer filters (350ºF oil under high pressure, sprayed from a hose you hold in your hand, accident waiting to happen)..

Kitchen/Restaraunt/foodservice can be pretty serious, It isn't all Food Network stars, and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches..
