I've seen MANY amputations.. But that? unreal.. Must have been pulled with great force..
Now.. I shall mention food here..
See the Silver on the tendons? when trimming a beef tenderloin. (filet mignon loin.)
It is imperative to remove all of the silver/tendon from it prior to cutting your steaks from the loin.
They're VERY tough as you can see here in this illustration. and near impossible to chew through.
I recommend a small knife such as a pairing knife and working the tendon off of the meat gently or else you'll rip the loin to shreds..

What this person endured during this? I would wish on no one and hope it never happen to myself..
