Traumatic Amputation
Terrible case of amputation after a heavy door closed on a patient's hand. Unfortunately, due to severe damage, the fingers could not be reimplanted.

i saw someone lose half their finger from one of those heavy old doors getting slammed, felt bad he couldn't get it re-attached! This was before everyone had smartphones or I would've taken a photo of the finger on the floor and blood on the wall.
