If it helps, I guess it's a good thing...

It's hard to imagine how that feels. I don't think about the state of being female, or what that entails, I'm just me. It's a difficult thing to comprehend. I don't think I'd feel any less female if I had some disfiguring accident for example.

Not all transgender people want the full op, am I right?
