Re: Tourniquet Needed Asap
Well..that's not getting reattached.... Guy at least tried to apply a tourniquet... Didn't look good at all though, needed tension, a LOT of tension... Thought you meant the secondary injury on the guy missing the leg, he was holding his junk and screaming... Like that hurt a lot more than the leg... Then I noticed the second guy with the man-vag... |

Re: Tourniquet Needed Asap
I agree vagabond... Not to mention they could probably both use about 5 mg morphine or 3 mg of Dilaudid as well...unfortunately if their blood pressure is too low...they can't give it to them as it could send them into respiratory arrest... Sounds pretty cruel to let these guy's suffer like that... But I'm sure they would rather have the pain a bit longer than lose their life...

Re: Tourniquet Needed Asap
^ It seems strange to me that some peeps involved in horrific accidents- my only experience is what I see and hear on this site- seem to go into a shock state, acting calm, while others are hollering in agony. Is it a psychological thing, or where the injury is located, or what? I know that personally I have a very high pain tolerance, and gross-out tolerance, but if I hear someone screaming my first instinct is to shut them up, my nerves cannot deal with it. |
