When people -like the local Library Friends -go on tours, they do NOT expect to wind up maimed or dead in a bus crash. What caused this mess ?

Also I've seen on Rotten.com a dead headless body in a business suit. This man had plans for that day and they did NOT include getting decapitated in a crash !

Well no, most people don't wake up in the morning and think "hey man, I'd really like to get decapitated, its a nice day for a decapitation." But shit happens.

Plus this is clearly a 2nd or 3rd world country, those fuckers are worse than NYC drivers.
