Re: Too Much Intravenous Drug Use?
:) No worries, we can't all be all over every thread To do the reverse image search, you go to images.google.com and in the search bar you'll see a little camera icon. Click that, and it will let you upload the image and then click search. Easy once you've done it once! |

Re: Too Much Intravenous Drug Use?
Not really; there is a long vein on the outer part of the lower arm, and a deep vein on the inside of the upper arm. I knew a guy who only used the one vein; the one on the inside of his upper arm. It was like an artesian well haha he could always draw blood from it lol. Never had any problems with it, no abcesses, nothing like that. Occasionally it would turn into an eschar, but it would just slough off after a few days, never got infected like these pics though

Re: Too Much Intravenous Drug Use?
First time I seen this picture, first thought that came to mind was compartment syndrome. Had a friend who almost died that had compartment syndrome in both of his arms and legs.. scarred from crotch to foot, armpit to wrist. Was at a party in the woods, took a pill thinking it was a painkiller, turned out to be methadone.. foaming from the mouth, dead in a tent.. found and airlifted... Organs shut down while on a ventilator, read last rites, etc. Fuck drugs... Note I said scarred, he did survive. (But a bit on the fried shot out side. |
