I get these too, largest one I ignored for about 6 months and it was the size of a peanut M&M. Now a days I can just stick my finger back there and squeeze the sides of my tonsil and like 4-5 BB sized ones come flying out.

ok i have to ask.. how do you get these??.. I looked over this thread sometime last year.. I remembered it well.. Now I started getting tonsil stones since last week.. I had one big one at the back of my tongue, i just had to cough it out (with the help of internally suctioning that area in my mouth).. it was satisfying when it finally came out. Today I had one as well.. it was scratchy in my mouth.. but when you get it out its kind of soft.. I imagine its hardened mucus.. it looked like mucus but not liquidy.

my only hypothesis on how I started getting these is I ate some rank pussy.. twice. But that still doesnt explain how other people get it..

Basically there are a lot of little nooks and crannies where food particles, bacteria, and dead cells can hide out. If they stay there long enough, they calcify into tonsil stones. It usually happens in people with chronic tonsil problems like recurring tonsilitis.
