Personally, I'd like all smokers to use one of them. No offense intended to any smokers, but, I have respiratory problems and when I see anyone smoking on humid day, I want to slap them!

After seeing all the instruments, it reminds me I never did get to the Muetter Museum, right here in Philadelphia, PA. I can also see why people might not want to see their doctors just in case they needed surgery in any area of the body!
