Looks like cherry angiomas (benign). I personally had a couple and I just burned them off. However if these are all new I'd go to the other Dr., not this DR lol.

Yes, definitely looks like petechiae, at least from the photos. Basically, Petechiae are small spots of bleeding under the skin. They could be nothing, but I think you should have it checked out if they don’t completely go away.
