Along the lines of our new friend, Muffin-Mike, enjoy meeting Ginny! She's a little bit new-age-y for my tastes, but she gives us a glimpse of just how like "meat" we really are.

"In September 2000, I was diagnosed with stage one breast cancer. One physician prescribed a mastectomy and another a lumpectomy. The first physician had me schedule an appointment with a plastic surgeon before I left her office. I felt as though I was on an assembly line in a factory. The second physician was much kinder but was reluctantly supportive of my interest in alternative medicine. She did, however, confess that her way of dealing with cancer was removal by surgery. She further told me that she didn’t consider any cancer an emergency. Needless to say this was music to my ears. My journey as a warrior began."

Oh, yeah, let us take the "new age" approach and let her breast ruin to the cancer, then she will die 2-3 months later a horrible fucking mess........would you like me to continue????? I don't mean to be a bitch, but I have seen two (2) friends die of this shit by taking the natural route, as well as a family member. Chemo may be a bitch, but it has greater odds.........

Eek! Going through that, "black phase", for lack of a better term, scares me.

Since the mind sometimes heal if you believe it will, I hope it did for Ginny and the others.
