As a teen, i saw a coworker do something very similar. He was holding a 2x4 that he intended to nail to another board. Put the nail gun up to the wood, pulled the trigger, and the nail went through the wood, and his finger on the other side, thus nailing himself to the wood. The fun part was yanking the nail out so he could climb down from the ladder he was on, and head off to the hospital.  |
