Thumb Injury And Repair
A young adult male presented with injury to the left thumb. He had a fracture of the distal phalanx, with avulsion of the distal nail bed and pulp on a broad proximlly based pedicle. He was managed by debridement , k-wire fixation and primary repair of nail bed and pulp.
