Thumb Devolving
Thumb devolving injury from an industrial roller! Case of a 52 year old factory worker who inadvertently got his hand caught in an industrial roller and had a degloving injury. The skin was peeled off the underlying muscle and bone. The “glove” was put back and much of the skin survived, except for the distal thumb region which later required skin and bone grafting to reconstruct.  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  · |

In that second to last photo looks like they attached to dick to his hand and in the last one it looks like a big toe
