Could be a staph infection from a breathing tube, but it looks like he has scars from stiches around the perimeter of the wound. Dunno........  |

What is around his throat is actually a device to help keep that area clean, your suppose to swab it out 3 times daily....or the result I see is this ,a horrible infection,it is used also as an airway devise when a trach has been done! |
