for some reason letting it empty out onto the table makes it so much harder to stomach! I've had thigh cysts plenty of times, but only the size of a pea. That's... incredible.

That's a sebaceous cyst. If he doesn't have a Dr remove that inner sack (gag) it will just become a nasty little hobby. More vids for us tho  |

I had a Sebaceous Cyst on my face and it became horribly infected, I went to the ER and the doctor on shift squeezed the shit out of it and then just left it. I was supposed to see a surgeon about the scar tissue on my face but wasn't able to. Aside from the scar I haven't had any problems with it coming back, I think it was about 3 and a half years ago.

Naw, the main causes are blocked sebaceous glands (they produce the oily subsstance that "waterproofs" mammals), swollen hair follicles or excessive testosterone production.
