He stole some cargo and police took some shots at him when he was trying to escape. It said shot in the chest twice.

This guy is a thief/drug dealer, the cops shot him, because he was holding a rifle (probably an AK or AR-15) And now they're saying "he's sitting quiet now" It's a war zone in some places in Brazil. |

They're actually saying "he was fucked up already, he was going to shoot us, so we shot him first" The word "fodido" means that. |
