I agree. Just a little bit of fecal bacteria can cause serious problems. Most likely flesh eating bacteria. I've heard of this happening with a simple pimple near the anus.

what the fuck. damn, hella nasty. had go through those pics twice to confirm the they were indeed very fucked up, and they were. I would not wish that upon most people, except just those few, as bush refers to them "evildoers" in the world..
