These are one of my favorite medical video obsessions. They don't really meet the definition of a cyst, the hole or tunnel at the tailbone that can form and collect debris is actually called a sinus. If you imagine your sinuses (the ones in your face that hopefully don't have underwear lint, hair, and dead skin cells in it), it's a branching tunnel. Same with this, which is why, like cysts, they often reform. This poor lady had a carcinoma form in hers, a kind of nightmare fuel I've never even considered, which means now you get to know about it as well  ·  · |

Ive known 2 girls that had this surgery. They both said it was the most painful thing theyd ever endured.
