Hey Exorio,
This might be your backstory (if I'm correct).... that you were looking for....The Baby & Mom (Ani) looks Indonesian. There are no other giant infants listed around this weight & none in Indonesia. Yet there was a 23.5 lb infant delivered (not in Indonesia).... but then this larger infant died abruptly after birth. So here is the info & CNN link w/ photos:

In 2009 there was a story about mom, Ani aged 41 giving birth to a giant baby & having to deliver it through cesarean. The baby was 19+ lbs at delivery making him 3 x the normal size of a newborn at delivery.

Also the cause of this condition was excessive glucose in the mother, during the entire pregnancy...causing a rarity in excessive growth in Ani's infant.
