I would have said varicose veins but I don't think veins are that big, or maybe they are if they are damaged! Ouch. I had deep vein thrombosis years ago, in my groin. My leg swelled up and looked like I had elephantiasis. It was agony. This guy must be in pain whatever it is. |

Well, it could be some kind of liver-disease where the blood goes through other "new" veins because it can no longer go through the liver...f.e. after a long time of alcohol-abuse
