Accounts are generally setup ten minutes after receiving payment. If you want to join with crypto, the best one to use is Litecoin (LTC), there is just way too much volatility with Bitcoin right now, and you may end up paying more due to the volatility, but Bitcoin or Litecoin are available, it's up to you.
