One thing I notice when I watch vids of doctors performing sections is that they seem to make the opening in the uterus no bigger than....a cabbage ball or a large softball, then play tug of war for a few minutes to get the baby out!

One natural but breech birth and four c-sections. And even 6yrs after my last, I still cannot watch a vid of a section being carried out without my stomach churning. My husband on the other hand found it quite interesting watching them cut me, deliver my daughter and then slosh water around inside me before sutering me up. ![]() |

Being through this twice, nothing like trying to get up the first time like a half shut pocket knife. First time it felt like I was being stabbed in the head thanks to it being an emergency and stupid doctors playing with my blood pressure the pricks. Its pretty intense surgery but!
