Quality analcare south of the border... How that repairs an anal fissure..beyond me..looks like they just gave him another..and wtf were they burning that paper towel/napkin/wannabe gauze with that they packed the incision/asshole with? a cigar? |

Don't know how that happened. They cut a muscle to relax the spincter so the fissure can heal and to lessen the chances of getting another. I think that was a chemical (can't think of which one right now) they put on the gauze.
