Thats what watching too many parkour videos does to a man. Had he done that without injury, he could have been recruited by movie outfits to do parkour stunts for them...

BTW, that landing sound is kinda disturbing. First time i heard a so audible cracking of bones... i expected a splat sound not crunch...
