In Rostov, on April 19th a man jumped off the third floor of a clinic in an attempt to commit suicide.

Eyewitnesses, filmed the suicide attempt when a man was sitting on the roof of the building and jumped down after a while.

However, the man did not die, but suffered a fractured spine and multiple internal injuries. The man was admitted to the hospital for further treatment.
