I really doubt this had anything to do with body mods. People into that tend to use proper equipment and do it whilst supervised. It's more likely that this was just stupidity. |

By the look of it he is dead on the autopsy table just after being hosed down in the pic with a gangrenous dick that he was too embarassed to get seen too. I think he got it removed after his little bit of fun killed him  |
