This poor kid got struck by railways overhead powerline (25kV) probably during rainy day. Trespassing railways in Malaysia is a serious offence and can be prosecuted if caught. Approximately 80% on the right side of his body burnt due to the strike.

Brutal! I am glad he hung onto his penis!
