I would think that if they can block off the arteries for transport, maybe they can help him if they can get him into the ER? Maybe? I have seen people with some pretty fucked up injuries survive when everything tells you they shouldn't. It is stuff like this that I would really like to see an update on. Otherwise, bumber for that poor guy!

I’m not sure how long it takes for the heart to pump out enough blood for him to loose consciousness and die pumping through both arteries if both are compromised. If the truck has the arteries pinched, once it moves, he would need a seriously equipped medical team to “try” and stop the blood flow but the team would need to be like a Military Medevac crew trained in this kind of thing. Sad for him to be living where he is. I have serious doubts that he’ll survive make it much longer than the video recorded..
