Stepped on a Piece of Glass
So. I stepped on a large piece of glass on Sunday. Ended up with 5 stitches in my foot.

Ay, caramba! I stepped on a broken bottle and had almost the exact injury, except mine was more directly on the ball of my right foot. Didn't even notice until I looked down and saw all the blood! Had to get stitches, as well.  |

Same here. Broken bottle laying on the bottom of a small lake. Luckily it didn't get infected and healed nicely.  |

It hurts like a bitch, yes. This was from a broken mason jar, a massive chunk of glass that went about halfway through my foot. It happened while I was outside, so I left a bunch of bloody footprints though my house until I got a bandage on it. I probably lost about half a cup of blood, and it almost soaked though the bandage before I got to the ER!
