The video should have continued after the "Oh Oh" remarks. What probably happened was the sack-like cyst wall finally came out (good thing actually) after all of the sebaceous cyst content was squeezed out and they didn't know what to do next with this bloody thing hanging out of the hole. They probably didn't expect that and I'm sure that's what spooked them.
