Squatter Sets Herself Ablaze After Being Evicted
In Chhattisgarh's Rajnandgoan district, India, a woman allegedly committed self-immolation while vacating a house she was illegally squatting. According to police, 49-year-old Y.B. doused herself with petrol and set herself on fire while eviction from houses built under a government scheme was taking place. She was admitted to hospital in critical condition.
