The movs are of my left arm that’s been twitching for about the last 6 or so hours.

Had that once or twice in the past too. Also eyelid twitching too but that was mostly related to outdoor work in windy conditions/dry eyes and just like the arm thing not hydrated enough like usual(losing electrolytes)/lack of sleep.

I get this in my eyelids and lips. My eye will just do it randomly, but any time at I'm at the dentist, my lip with twitch the whole appointment.

Muscle spasms, get em in my arms as well.
(I'm almost a half century old and gimpy. )
