Had that once or twice in the past too. Also eyelid twitching too but that was mostly related to outdoor work in windy conditions/dry eyes and just like the arm thing not hydrated enough like usual(losing electrolytes)/lack of sleep.

I get this in my eyelids and lips. My eye will just do it randomly, but any time at I'm at the dentist, my lip with twitch the whole appointment.
