I have been practicing medicine for many years and have read many many articles on medical stuff and I have studied this very carefully and I have come to the conclusion that you have suffered a broken arm you should get it put in a cast right away.  |

It looks like ringworm but it could also be a viral skin infection. Get it checked out, your doc will give you some cream for it.
