Topical Cream is only a very small part of the healing process. Your Doctor should have also prescribed a pill that you would have taken for a short course of time. Worms of any kind are a parasite, and parasites need to be attacked from the inside out and not the other way around.

I would use metho on this to dry it out and keep it localised (works with cold sores); when it's cleared up, use a bit of moisturiser to soften the skin up again, or.....just see a doctor. :)
