It is Olmsted Syndrome

Olmsted syndrome (also known as "Mutilating palmoplantar keratoderma with periorificial keratotic plaques," "Mutilating palmoplantar keratoderma with periorificial plaques"[1] and "Polykeratosis of Touraine") is a keratoderma of the palms and soles, with flexion deformity of the digits, that begins in infancy.

Karim Ahmad, 10, suffers from Olmsted's syndrome- a rare and incurable skin disease. Karim has lost all of his fingers and is in the process of losing his toes. His family, who left their native Syria for Lebanon where there was work, sold everything they had to pay doctors and laboratories. Father Antonio Elfghali, a Lebanese priest, began writing about Karim on his internet blog. "I have found Lazarus: He lies at my gate," Elfghali wrote. Liz Zagar, of Laketon Twp., learned of Karim through the blog. In 2007, Zagar brought Karim to the U.S. for four months to receive medical treatment. With his condition deteriorating, Zagar returned to Lebanon and brought Karim back to America in June to seek more treatment. "I felt God was calling me back to do something more for him, that He wasn't finished with this mission yet," Zagar later explained.
