The knife, my thoughts here, is that it’s stuck just under his diaphragm. Neither lung is punctured, and, very lucky for him, it hasn’t pierced either the main artery nor the vain. As long as he doesn’t fall face forward he should be okay once he’s in the hospital and doctors remove the knife.   |
