I also was born with club feet. I had the casts put on as a wee one and actually learned how to walk on them. I guess I wore them for the first year plus and then I had braces and those hard white baby shoes but mine had the toes of the shoe cut off and they were put on the wrong feet on purpose. Im fine now, you would never know I had all this done if I didn't say something about it. And I played every sport known to man also!

My youngest son was born with this and they do not break the ankle. It is the tendons and ligaments that have to be cut and lengthened. Shriners for Children saved my sons feet.
