Transdermals are a bit of a biaatch.. We never do them anymore, for several reasons.. The best one is that now we have microdermals, wich are just easier to deal with all over.. May I ask where you got them done, and who did them? |

I don't have any pics of when it was first split but I was in a magazine a few years back having some of the regrowth cut back. It was the Punctured Skin supplement which came with Skin Deep tattoo magazine.

I have a tat and had had eyebrow and tounge piercings, but I just never understood the appeal of these types of mods. Most of it doesn't look good and seems done just for shock value, but to each either own.  |

I wouldn't say that the reason I got these things done was for shock value. We all change our image through hair styles, clothes etc. I did it to change my physical appearance. The tongue splitting opened my eyes to what the human body can do beyond what is seen as normal. For example the tongue is a muscle that when complete moves as one. When split like mine the 2 sides can, with practice be moved independently. It makes me wonder what else the human body is capable of outside of what is 'normal'. Oh, it's also good for licking pussy too.  |
