Kind of reminds me of scalp psoriasis. Plaque psoriasis are the milky white patches. Scalp psoriasis stays kind of angry red and flaky like. My oldest had this but not as bad.  |

It's a hair transplant that was just done days before the pic. The transplants/wounds scab over like that. That guy apparently had a lot of plugs done.
