People who do this just want attention. If u really have nuts of tits, do it 1 time good not like this makin pictures it's really  I don't care and when it's done nobody will for sure only out of regret not helping but that's selfish like hell it's even worse than just don't care  |

This girl is a friend of mine. She's a very unwell person who hurts herself to survive. She has suffered like you can't imagine and the mental health services she has access to are inadequate at best. She is a genuinely loving person and it shocks me to find her here.  |

I think they are referring to Alyssa Bustamante. A 15 year old who killed a 9 year old neighbor for the thrill of it. I don't think that is her however. This chick looks much older.

Looking back, i used to self harm quite a bit, but not to this extreme. Thankfully i found something to keep my mind off of self mutilation
