Well I am no real doctor but it really looks like genital warts to me, a very very bad case of them! In this day and age poeple haven't figured out that when you put body parts into other peoples NASTY body parts, then soon your body parts may fall off! Come on guys its 2011 and condoms are free and comon sence should be one of those features that comes standard in all human modles! It is his own fault and his penis will have to be cut off to save his life and he will have to pee out of a straw for the rest of his life.......

Probably not. Genital warts are caused by HPV and theres a simply HPV DNA test they can do to rule that out. Granted this is legit and they say its an unknown problem they've probably already ruled that out
