So a Man Walked into a Bar....
a 22 gauged steel bar that is. Friend of the family, was on a work site, and while walking around his truck to get something, miscalculated and ended up walking into the steel bars sticking out of the back of his truck. He apparently hit hard enough it bent the steel bar, but it also ended up cutting down to the cartilage in his nose. Ended up getting 18 stitches. The picture is the after result. Said i could post so long as i blacked the eyes out.  · |

Same thing happened to me. Took a year for the cuts to heal and they aint noticeable. Played football at night, ran into a parking meter to catch the ball :/ , he'll be fine. Tell him to get some silicone sheets for the nose cut. They help minimize the appearence of scars but he needs to wear it for 6-8 months at night so it's a little pain.
