Then you would be thinking incorrectly. The brain is a very soft organ with direct connections to the heart via important arteries and veins. These vessels have extreme pressure in them, and since the brain is made of soft tissue, it pulsates with every beat of the heart.

It's not so much the brain itself pulsating, as it is a side effect of blood pumping into the arteries in the brain I think, since our bodies have blood pressure. That's really crazy. I'm guessing the patient had to have some part of the skull removed from a tumor causing pressure or something, or having a tumor removed altogether. I'm probably wrong lol. |

Regarding the brain, yes, you are actually correct. The brain has no natural pulsations; it's just the heartbeat that does that. Sorry if I didn't clear that up in my last post. As for the reason we can see what is assumed to be the brain in the video; I truly have no idea. Haha.
