I found the same exact pic but with a different diagnosis:
There is one condition that could qualify as a flesh-eating sickness. Called necrotizing fasciitis, this sickness is caused when certain bacteria spreads through the layers of the skin. Commonly, group A streptococcus is found to be responsible for the disease.

Bee's don't do that. If that is Necrotizing Fasciitis, it would be caused by a bacterial infection. Sometimes called "Flesh eating disease." You can develop necrosis at the site of a bee sting if an infection develops.
