You can tell he's "different." The cheekbones and jawline give it away. A pretty person, but different. I do agree with the other posters, adolescence lends a bit of androgyny to people. Hormones are struggling for balance, some boys even grow small breasts... That's why they call it the awkward stage. Hope it works out for her.
