Huh. Even though I don't agree with the procedure, it is amazing what doctors can do. And it really isn't a "sex change", since the person is still genetically the same sex as before. Isn't it basically just an "extreme body modification"?

You are right, they are still genetically the same gender, however their new reproductive organs make him "legally" a female.
