Dependent on temperature and the length of exposure to the hot water.. if its a prolonged period of time, it will basically cook it like boiled chicken..

The tips of the fingers seem to have neurovascular compromise.. I did notice the laceration on the palmer side, maybe a glass or knife from a deep sink in a restraunt.. I used to suture lots of culunary people..
